Chapter 7



Dreams are the structure of a person’s soul. Once the dreams and goals are achieved the soul becomes bright and complete, but what is to become of the soul or the person  if all the dreams and goals where stripped away leaving the person alone in a darkened pit of loneliness?

August 10th 115th year of the Leaf.

Its dark and I see myself in the hokage uniform of the leaf village. Im standing in the dark alone “What’s going on” I tried to say but only my lips moved nothing came out. All of a sudden beam of light surround me and in each beam of light holds those dear to me. Hidora, Sakura, Sasuke, Saku, Itachi, and all my comrades’ stand and stair at me. I tried to as them what was wrong but once again noting came out. I then found my self ensnared by a serpent and couldn’t move. I looked to my comrades but instead all I could see was The leaf village in flames and I was powerless. I closed my eyes thinking “Its just a dream this cant be happening” then suddenly a felt something thick and wet drip on my face. I opened my eyes to see my comrades being killed one by one slowly. They screamed for me to help but there was nothing I could do as my voiceless screams tried to reach them. They where all dead I thought until my eye’s locked with sakura’s smile and Hidora’s adorable sleeping face. Sakura looked at me as she smiled and said “Naruto We’re having another chi.…(cough up blood)” as a fist forced through her back and through her stomach as she fell to her knees and Hidora rolled crying at my feet. My voice finally found its way back to me as I screamed for sakura but didn’t get a answer. I looked down to Hidora and began to cry. I closed my eyes but suddenly heard what sounded like flames growing. I looked ahead to see Black flames Flying towards Hidora “NO!!!!!” I screamed as the flames reached him.
“(Gasp!)” as I opened my eyes and sat up quickly as if something was attacking me.

I looked over to sakura and kissed her forehead “Thank god it was a dream” I said as I laid my hand on her stomach as she opened her eyes.

“Naruto are you ok why are you sweating” she asked in a just woke up voice.
“Yea im fine go back to sleep its only 4 am you need your rest “ I said as I rubbed her stomach and smiled. Sakura was Pregnant again and she was really hoping for a girl.. Even I liked having the idea of Hidora looking after a little sister.
I’ve been having disturbing dreams lately I guess it could be from all the missions Tsunade has been sending me on. She has been using my speed and power to its max. The leaf village is feared by all it enemies and respected by it ally’s as now the greatest village in the known countries.
I got out of bed and got dressed I wasn’t going to be able to sleep so might as well make some training use of it. I walked down the hall of are new house that the Nara family had made for use. It very beautiful even though im not used to it sense ive lived outside or in a small apartment sense I was a child. I came across Hidora’s room I pecked in to see my little son sound asleep with his little fox animal. I  cant help but to smile when I look at him he has my eyes and mouth but his mothers nose and hair I cant tell he is going to be a little heart breaker. I closed the door softly and started my way down the hallways. I came across Saku’s room. I opened the door and he wasn’t there. I started to freak but I though he was either with Konohamaru or with Tsuchi. He does this a lot. Saku has taken up skateboarding among Rollerblades and other things. I don’t see where he fits his training in. I see him and Konohamaru training almost every day and it makes me proud to see them getting so strong so fast. I was in the mood to go and find him a spy a little so I went to his window and used the fox’s  ability to track people and found him quickly. “Hmm he’s in the park with (Sniff Sniff) yap just what I thought Tsuchi. I vanished and appeared in a tree above them. They where laying together under a tree Tsuchi was asleep on his shoulder and he was watching her sleep. I said to myself “Ahh im rubbing off on him!” Tsuchi is a very beautiful young lady. Strangely her natural hair color changed to solid black and her eyes are A Violet Red color Not to mention her figure is that of a grown women’s and she is still a child.

Shortly after I arrived I sense Konohamaru  and Shiro near and sure enough the where there.

“Hey Saku” he shouted as Konohamaru shouted
“Shut up man you wanna wake her” Saku whispered
I noticed Shiro and Konohamaru where holding hands I was shocked. I always suspected it but shiro was always so shy. Shortly after they arrived Tsuchi woke up.
“Aw look what you did man” Saku said “How long was I out” she asked
“Ah about 1 hour nothing big your really cute when you sleep” Saku said making her blush.
“You where watching me?”  Tsuchi asked
“Well um yea sorry I wasn’t trying to be weird” he said as he blushed.
“Aw you to love birds” Konohamaru mocked
“Ok Who’s holding hands with his girlfriend who snuck out to see each other” Saku said and caused Shiro to turn beat red it reminded me of how Hinata would act. Shiro is going to be just as beautiful as Tsuchi when she is grown. Her white hair and purple eyes can capture even me at times but she’s only a kid and im not like the old Pervy sage was Haha. Her figure is perfect but she hasn’t really well how do I say this without sounding like a perv formed I guess. Things started to get heavy when Saku and Konohamaru told the girls it was time to leave and gave them parting kisses. “GO SAKU AND KONOHAMARU!” I shouted in my head almost out load. After the girls left I appeared behind them.

“Well wasn’t that sweet” I said as I grabbed the shoulders.
“Oh god” they said together
“Who would have known you to where such romantics im really surprised but um its 4:30 in the morning and Saku you snuck out what’s wrong with you. Your lucky I found you and sakura didn’t wake up.” I said
Saku turned pail he had started getting chakra punches almost as much as me and sense sakura is pregnant again its going to be like open season.
“Anyways sense we are both away ill start your training.”
I had been thinking about how I mastered water chakra with Shiro’s help. We used a form a Genjutsu that paralyzed your chakra.
“Come with me we are going to need some help with this training but Im going to warn you its going to be mentally painful are you ready for it?” I asked as I cocked my head back.
He look confused for a moment but answered as I thought he would “Yes if it means me getting stronger then I can handle it”
“Saku this training is on a Junin level now are your sure you can handle it?” I asked to see if it would break his calm.
“(Cough) Junin level what are we waiting for!” he said in joy unaware of what was waiting for him.

We arrived at are first stop but we needed to stop by the market to pick up some dumplings if this was going to work. (Knock)
“Yow wake up sleepy head come on answer the door” I shouted.

The door opened with a (Eaarrrrrrr). It was Ino in her night gowned she looked like she was ready to kill someone with fires burning in her eyes.

“Nnarruutooo! Do you have ANY IDEA what time it is? What the hell is wrong with you.” She shouted and waved her hands in anger.
Instead of answering her I held the dumplings under her nose.
“Well I guess there’s no need to share this with you. Even though Neji tells me you love “fresh” dumplings in the morning.” I said with a deviant look in my eye.

Ino began to drool a bit and grabbed the food and invited use in without hesitation.
“That a girl ino I knew you would come around” I said as I put my hands behind my head and walked in the house with Saku behind me.

Ino scarphed the bowl of dumplings down in second before releasing an “Ahhh” of delight and asking a question. “Ok naruto what do you want” she asked.

“Well im going to need your help with this training session with Saku here. Ill explain when we get to the lake ok?” I said

“Wow wait it’s my day off naruto come on can’t this wait” she said in pretest until I held the bill up in the air.

“Ok then let me get dressed (Baka)” she said as she walked out of the room.

I waited in the living room with saku. He looked nervous and I think I knew why. The thought of reseaving junin level training must be getting to him.

I looked around the living room and came across a picture on the wall for her hallway. It was a picture of Ino and sakura when they where just little children. They where in a flower field and ino had a huge smile of her face as she usually does when she gets her picture taken, but sakura had a nervous and unsecured look on his face. It was kind of cute though, she had a pink flower in from the field in her ear and her hands infront of her like a proper young lady. It looks like the total opposite sakura I love these day’s. As I looked at the picture ino entered the room.

“Hmm yea those where good times” ino said as she smiled and looked at the picture with me.
“Sakura was the kinda girl that kept to herself until she met me.” She said

“Well then why did you hate each other so much?” I asked. I always wanted to know that but I never had the guts to ask them and besides it wasn’t any of my business

“Well we never really hated each other naruto” she said.
“What are you kidding me ino that makes no sense you to where down each others thoughts back then” I said as I laid my head back and looked at the ceiling.

I looked back at ino and noticed that this was making her feel uncomfortable.

“Never mind no its none of my business” I said as I stood up. I turned to walk towards the door as I heard her say something.

“Sakura damn pig how’s she always gets so luck” ino muttered as she looked to the ground.

I think I finally understood but I didn’t say anything I could tell she wanted to talk now so I sat back down.

“She was always a beautiful girl and was given everything in the world she wanted. I remember the day the teams got chosen and not did she get Kakashi Sensei as a teacher, but she had you the knuckle head class clown and Sasuke the dream boy of are class.” She said.

“Saku buddy go outside for me and wait for use ok?” I asked as I smiled at him and he nodded his head.

I waited until he got out the door to start to talk and try and calm her down.

I sat my hand on her sholder and said “You say “sakura was always beautiful” and act like you weren’t good looking at all. If you ask me I would say you and sakura where the cutest girls in are class.” I said and noticed she started to blush.”I mean umm well don’t take that the wrong way you know umm haha its just well.” I said as I waved my hands in the air as I noticed what I said.

“I no naruto don’t worry you’re a really sweet guy.” She said as she blushed and looked at the ground.
I smiled I think this is the first time ino has opened up to anyone for a while.

“Its funny naruto back in the day I thought you where the biggest loser, but im glade you’ve grown up and even though im jealous of sakura im happy for her to.” She said

I wasn’t sure if that was a complement there for a little while but it made me feel proud for some reason.

“Hay and you act like Sasuke treated sakura any differently then he did you. Sasuke never really opened up to sakura. Even though he knew she had strong feelings for him he never responded to her. To tell you the truth that’s what made me hate sasuke the most. He had everything I ever wanted friends, skill, and girls that where crazy for him and never acknowledged it. He never accepted any of that, he always walked alone on his path but still he was the only one who ever truly acknowledged me back then and I did the same for him. We where like brothers and still are.” I said as I looked at the floor as memories from back we where together in team 7.

I looked at ino and she had tears in her eyes.

“Wow what’s wrong are you ok Ino?” as I jumped up and kneeled down in front of her.

“yea its fine its just I never knew thing where so hard for you guys back then I always thought team 7 had everything perfect. That how it seemed to me” she said as she looked up to see me in her face.

“What do you mean perfect?” I asked

“Well umm (she paused) you guys defeated to highly dangerous and well known Hit men Haku and Zabuza. Then you are entered into the Chuunin exams and make it to the final round exept for sakura. You defeat Neji and end up saving the village from Gaara. If you ask me naruto that pretty much a perfect story right there.” She said as she started to blush as I sat on the floor infront of her almost face to face. I think I started to make her feel uncomfortable but I was caught in the conversation I didn’t notice.

“Really well you left out the part about sasuke almost dieing in the fight with Haku. When we returned to the Chuunin exams Orochimaru attacked and almost killed use and gave sasuke that cursed mark that caused him to almost go crazy. After I defeated gaara it drove sasuke mad. Then after sasuke woke from his coma that Tsunade saved him from, he abandoned use and left sakura after knocking her out before he left. Then of course there’s the fight at the valley of the end” I said as she grabbed my shoulder and interrupted me.

Her hair fell down her face and tickled my nose. I thought to myself that I might of crossed the line a little but I couldn’t help it are lives where anything but perfect.
“Naruto im sorry it’s just I don’t know what to say” she said as I noticed she started to cry. It reminded me so much of sakura when she would cry and open up to me. I wrapped my arms around ino and said.

“Ino you know you can talk to me, sakura, or even neji im sure he would listen. You can’t lock all this up inside and you know we will always be here for you right?” I asked

“Yea” she as she cried on me. I guess no one really ever told her anything about use. And seeing how Sakura is like her sister im sure this information mad her upset. I felt terrible.

“Hey stop crying what would sakura say if she saw you like this” Is aid as she looked up at me.

We finally Noticed how close we where and started to blush as we jumped back from each other.

“Wow that was weird sorry about that ino!” I said as I scratched my head.

“It’s fine it fine really naruto” she said as she did the same.

“Anyways you should really try talking to sakura or opening up to neji and if none of that works you can always talk to me. Besides Neji’s a great guy and from what I can see he really cares about you” I said as she started to blush.” lets go now Saku must be getting bored.”

“Naruto thank you I can see how Sakura fell in love with you” she said with a grump baby look on her face.

“Ha really hell even I don’t know that” I said as we started to laugh and opened the front door to see Saku laid out in the street asleep.

I looked at my clock and it was 6:00 “WOW we talked for 1 hour” I shouted.

Ino walked to Saku and kicked him in the side “WAKE UP” she yelled as he jumped up screaming” IM sorry sakura no chakra punches!”

Me and ino started to laugh I thought I was going to wet myself it was so funny seeing the look on his face. Ino said it reminded her of me back in the day with Tsunade. After we got all of are laughing out of are systems we started off to the training grounds to start Saku’s training.
